Hi my name is martylehl and there seems to be a problem I cant buy anything I never seen this before but it really sucks that I can no longer support the server so I was wondering if I can have some help finding the problem. Here is what I am seeing and this does not happen only on my account but every 1 that is on my ip cant buy anything on this server either. The same message keeps popping up. It means that you have asked for a refund from your bank of some sorts, I believe that Andrew can't do anything and that you must get it sorted it out with buycraft, don't take my word on it tho.
I am really worried that i cant donate to this awesome server anymore that's a big let down to me i was looking forward to donating alot this year and the next I really want help solving this problem and one thing for sure in the past my bank account has been hacked about 2 months ago but I disabled the card and I wasn't expecting it to go to this point. I have a new card but I used it yesterday and now I cant use it today =( Plz help me. I have no clue on whats happening.
Usually that message means that until you get those cases of chargebacks sorted out that means you will not be allowed to buy anything with buycraft. I would recommend you get parental help with this because either your account has been compromised or you are not the original owner of the account and someone else who actually owns it claimed those chargebacks and you will have to work it out with them. There is nothing andrew can do about buycraft issues on this. All of this has to do with Google Wallet I believe from what your screenshot reveals. Though it may not just be limited to that.
but why i only charged back only one item so i dont understand why i am banned thats stupid for only one item it was only 1.25 and i get banned for that i just donated 2 days ago but now i cant somehow?
Marty just contact but craft they can sort this out better than Andrew can as he had no control over it
do you have any other way of different programs that is simulator to buycraft but isnt that you can use ????
