So, we all know that there's going to be an ECC sg bowl this thursday. I have never been to one (to the only one that's happened) and I am a little confuzed.. Is it just a regular sg match where its like "AndrewKM: Join sg (number) for the ecc bowl! " And everyone fights to get in? Anyways, are you guys going to play? Do you have a team? Are you excited for it or not really? Good luck to everyone!
No, last time they restarted the stats for a day or two.. and well everyone fought for points. So, they reset the stats and people with the most sg points with the new stats at the end wins the prizes...
If you see this revan, could you please explain how this ECC world cup (i just realized it isnt the ecc bowl) will work?
Miner, I myself have no attended one before either but I believe what was stated above to be correct.
What happened in February: SG Stats were reset for a day Profits were doubled, $200 per kill, sometimes 8k+ per game All 8 arenas were used Pretend it's a regular day, but each SG is double the stakes, and 24 players. The person who has the most points at the end wins.
Hmm.. I just read the official post about it. The only thing it really says about how it will function is the leaderboards will be "temporarily disabled". I would think that means that they won't be using it for the games (or i just misunderstood it)
It's a day of SG with Stats restarted. You can compare it to the Mining world being reset for 1 day, then being reverted the 2nd day. The person who mined the most diamonds wins... etc.
The last day of the weekend the points got reset again and every arena but 2 and 3 were disabled. This was because having all arenas open allowed for some pretty severe point farming. (Which was then promptly abused..) So it was slightly different.
