As a native Louisvillian, would love to help you with this. The big issue, however, is the price of the horses and the risk of them being killed. We'd need to provide stables to keep the horses safe. If you're interested, would love to host this in a town I own

Okay #1. This is a awesome Idea! I would love to do this. #2 People would just kill the horse.. I'm sorry but that is just how it works, unless we get the /own thing for horses.
This would be a fun event. I would recommend it being the type of event that you must sign up for in advance and take place in a town that has the interact deny flag. This would certainly minimize the odds of any excess horse killing, anyone who goes rogue can have their perms removed before they do anything drastic.
