What kind of Economy doesn't have a Best Buy, WalMart, Costco, Sam's Club, Target, and so on. Well that's what I am here for Today. Just an Update, I have President and I am currently placing dirt for the town. Hoping to Start building the stores very soon My Plans:My Plan is to turn my President town into a Shopping center. With all different types of shops. These shops will all be built as an exact Replica of what they look like In Real Life. For example, Best Buy will look like a Best Buy you would see if you were driving by one. Also I would be willing to add stores from other Countries I just have no clue what they would be so leave feedback below. The Process:As this is a very large project I am going to need help funding it. currently I am working towards President. So if anyone wants to donate and help me get it faster it would be much Appreciated. Also I am going to need people to help build these massive Stores. and this will cost money to hire players to help. So if anyone wants to dedicate time to helping me build the Stores I would Appreciate that. Lastly I will need Materials. If you would be willing to donate money or materials it would be appreciated. Also once I get the Town I will work to get the Town Portal and a town Warp What will be in Each Store:Many might wonder what each store will sell. These will be fully functional stores. Best Buy for example will sell Electronics, and or power sources. I.E: Redstone, Daylight censors, Jukebox, Music Disk, and so on. Walmart will Sell merely everything in the game. How much a store will be: 25k 2.Opportunities: Reserving a Store give you many Oppurtunities, If you pay to reserve a Store, you pay the remaining amount when the Stores open and you take ownership. This allows you to rent the Store to other users. Helping you make money, if you rent it to another player, We get a percentage of the rent fees 3. Deposit required: 10k 4. Time frame in which the stores etc will be up and running: No set Date at the time. The more donations we receive the faster it will come along. Yeah, or however you make money. You could rent out the shops like in the market but like you've said certain shops would sell certain things. So I may want to sell redstone stuff so I would buy into a certain shop. If I wanted to sell diamonds I would buy into another shop, like Pandora or something etc... Then you'd give the donators a % of the money you make.

It would probably be easier to have like a max amount you can donate, like 5k or something that way it gives a chance for builders and residents to donate and be a part of it. In regards to the dividends, you would need to work it out based on how much money is made. If 10 people (including you) donated 5k and you made $500 in a week you could do $40 each or something, so it's a fair return, but also allows for some profit to go into making and expanding the project?
maybe you could put like a time limit on how long donators get the % of the profit because 5k is really small amount for a % of the profit
Thats what i think. Its really hard to find things to give as incentives. Because if every person gave 5k on Ecc then nobody gets anything really
I think you really need to present a rock solid idea before thinking about donations. You need to know what you are asking and what you are doing etc. I'm up for donating, but I'm not gonna do it blindly, and I reckon most other people feel like that too.
