There are not any, though [$], [$$], and so on can be considered ranks in a way.... I think Andrew misunderstood your question. The main server ranks are not paid for, though selling features can attain you them easily. Going to assume that's not what you were asking though.
Yeah that was kind of what I was asking earlier, I realized you needed to reach a certain money limit and apply for the rank on the forums. Thank goodness, I thought this was a P2W server xD Anyways thanks for the help!
