Moving thread to help/support. Are you getting some sort of error message? Are you using "I have a paypal account" or "I don't have a Paypal account" options?
When I donate, I sometimes use visa, and I have never had a problem with it. Maybe try using a different credit card? (My parents have multiple credit cards)
If it is prepaid it is important to click the Debit/Prepaid Card Option, as I sometimes forget to switch this when I use my Debit card. Here:
