Because in theory that would be the way the market works. A surging demand due to the possibility of donations being more difficult to obtain would lead the supply to dwindle and the cost to therefore increase. Personally, I would like to see that happen as it means I can sell my 10k/USD features.
That's true. But if Billy can sell at 5k/usd and you sell at 10k/usd who do you think will come to him for features? Whomever is buying features would rather save money than spend more (unless they're desperate).
