General Purpose of Contract: To ensure the proper and safe transfer of assets between players.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will provide the user Onscenereporter 1 million eco dollars in exchange for 200$ usd (20 giftcards).

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:Upon receiving the payment of 1million eco dollars from eben48 Onscenereporter will purchase 200$ usd worth of gift cards. If the gift card total amount of 200$ is not credited to within 86 hours of the initial payment time Onscenereporter will refund eben48 the inital 1million dollar ecd payment and continue to pay a settlement of 2million eco dollars within 2 weeks. Failure to complete the payment in 2 weeks will result in compounding weekly payments of 300% of the initial payment price until the full amount is payed.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: i agree​
