I finally have a simple question.... Do donated users get their Dat folder deleted after 2-3 weeks like everybody else? I ask this because I may be going inactive for CHRISTMAS Listmas.
Yah of course its easy for stuff, but your whole user is being deleted Not just your stuff. So, does your features, plots, and town etc go away?
Andrew only deletes the .dat files of extremely inactive users. I am pretty user that donators do not get their file deleted since they donated. The only files that get deleted are the people who have little to no money and are inactive somewhere around 5 months. This is just my educated guess. Your items, chests, and everything else will be safe whilst you are on your Christmas vacation.
My brother (Skwisgaar1991) was offline for 2 or 3 weeks and his inventory had disappeared when he logged back in.
From what I know, your inventory will be cleared when the next clearing is done no matter you in-game rank or donor rank if you are offline long enough. Though your locks, town, and ranks will remain just your inventory will be cleared. So I would recommend putting everything in a locked within the borders of your town. While I am not sure if I am correct on the clearing, or know when the next one is, I would still recommend placing everything within a chest.
