But you do have to pay in a way. i keep most of the materials (by most i mean any material you dont want and/or materials that are not expensive) I WILL NOT DO IT FOR FREE AND HAVE YOU GET ALL OF THE MATERIALS! to apply, follow the format. when i am online and you are to, i might want to see what i am demolishing/flattening before i accept or deny. Area(ex 200x200)? Estimated amount of blocks ill get? Do you offer free ereps? What blocks do you want to keep? any other informations?
Diamond will do this job for free if she gets to keep the materials she collects. If you want the materials collected, you will need to pay for the job.

First, it is her decision what her time is worth. I have a friend that I respect greatly, KMaxwell, that has been doing this for years She is a pretty no nonsense lady and is not known as a time waster. I normally don't do this much, however, I have helped on several tear down or clear projects for no compensation myself.
