Does The Flag Snow Off Count For Rain As Well?

    Basically I want to disable rain in my town, will this flag :

    Snow-Fall (Default is allow)
    You may change the ability for snow to fall in your town. Available options are allow or deny.

    Remove rain as well?

    use optifine, it has a function that disabled rain clientside
