Welcome to Disturbed Services - don't worry, I'm not nearly as disturbing as I claim to be Because this is my first time offering my services and creating a thread to do so, please let me know if you have any questions or suggestions on how to better describe what it is I offer and how my little service works.​

Services​

Excavation: Need a large basement cleared out? Want some extra underground storage space? I'll clear out any underground area to your specifications!

Demolition: Are you sick of that old, unoccupied house on the edge of your town? Do you need to tear down an old creation to make space for a new project? Simply let me know what you want demolished, and I'll be on the job. You can choose whether you wish to get the materials back, or I will keep and dispose of them for you if you don't want to bother with them.

Land Clearing: A large creation project needs a good, flat area to start with, right? I will completely level your terrain, including the removal of trees or any other pesky obstacles.

Harvesting: Just because you have a large farm doesn't mean you have the time to harvest and replant! I will harvest and replant whatever crop you choose - simply provide a locked chest and grant me access to it so I can safely store your items. You can choose to allow me to keep a percentage of what is harvested as either partial or full payment.

Water Placement: I will place water wherever you like, for one small fee. If you require several buckets of water to be used, I will require a well (with or without water in it already) to use and refill my buckets.

Building/Construction: I will even help out with the construction of your town if you wish! Please note, that I am only able to build small, simple projects for you. I can set up a wall around your village, or create a simple house to your specifications...but I cannot create a huge castle or manor with several rooms and perfect decor. I am also willing to set up a potato, carrot or wheat farm for you.

Costs and Requirements
I am very flexible when it comes to cost. I will allow you to pay in a payment plan, requiring at least 10% of the agreed payment up front, and accepting the rest throughout daily or weekly payments. The cost will vary according to the size and difficulty of each project. I will take your funds into consideration, and try my very hardest to be accommodating so that we can agree upon a price you can afford.

The material for any building projects absolutely must be provided. If you cannot provide them yourself, I will request an additional payment that will cover the store price of the materials needed. I prefer that any necessary tools be provided (pick, shovel, axe, hoe, etc.) or I may request an additional fee to cover costs of the tools. The provision of food would be gratefully accepted and appreciated, but is not required.

First of all, I realize that I am only a Resident in rank. While that may seem like a reason to second guess choosing me, there are a few advantages to having a Resident do your work for you. Since I have no town of my own and no responsibilities to attend to, I have plenty of free time to focus on the job at hand. I am on for several hours each day, so as long as the job isn't too extensive, I should be able to finish within a day or two. And since my prices are suited to your needs and are arranged to make payment as smooth and easy as possible, you don't have to worry about how you're going to pay me, or whether or not you'll be able to make payments!
