All server rules are in effect. This includes basic rules about language and general standards of behavior. 2. No trolling. If you genuinely don't know what "trolling" means, look it up now. 3. No harassment of the mayors. We are here to help, but we are not your minions. 4. No griefing. This includes altering or destroying public buildings and roads, as well as all the other destructive behaviors already prohibited by the server. Placing LWCs or breaking or placing ANY blocks without permission outside your plot is also griefing. 5. No stealing from other town residents, regardless of whether their belongings are in locked chests. 6. Do not build anywhere outside the glass plot outlines. They are not part of your plot, so don't build where they are, and do not remove them. They are how we keep track of land ownership. (It goes for the glowstone as well.) 7. Do not obscure access to or visibility of the locked sign on one one corner of your plot, or in the lobby of your condo building. It is the only written record of your property ownership. 8. The public farm is a shared resource, and MUST be replanted after every harvest. Failure or "forgetting" to replant counts as griefing. 9. If you are inactive for more than 14 days, your plot may be cleared and resold at any time. The town is simply too big to keep track of inactive players any more. Sorry! 10. Maximum building height is 40 and you may go down by a block. No mining under the town. Calculate your height limit from the ground level of your plot. 11. No ugly builds. Please don't build your house entirely out of dirt, cobblestone or other muck, and no giant windowless boxes. If you need help with this, give Disfool or wertyleigh a buzz. 12. Secure your belongings inside your house. Learn to use LWC commands. The town is not responsible for things you lose otherwise. 13. Behave! Jobs Available: (for residents/members primarily, pm me if you are not. It will depend on when I am online and ecd flow) 1. Open-Ended Idea Making: If you have ideas for the town and are willing to do the work, I will help and provide the materials for your idea and pay you up to 750ecd (within reason. I’m not rich.) *Volunteers are great for any job* 2. Bringing in residents: for every resident/builder/person you recommend to me that eventually moves in you will get 250ecd in your pocket. The more people we have in our town, the better it is for you and for our community. -you can always recommend through the forum as well as in game.[/USER] -this does not apply if you are comayor Housing: 10x10 plots -- cost 1000 ecd or 2 nstars 20x20 plots -- cost 3000 ecd or 6 nstars Apartments(4) -- rent: 500 ecd per month or 1 nstar per month Builders can get discounted plots, it varies.
