Hi everyone As you may have realised, ECC has many Doctor Who fans and I thought it would be a neat idea to start a discussion on it! Feel free to post any views you may have on recent episodes, your favourite doctors who possibly things you reckon should be added. Basically the only rule here besides the basic server rules is if you are going to mention anything about a recent episode please put it in a spoiler! It's really disappointing when you haven't watched an episode yet to have it ruined by someone. Below is some of my views on the show currently. I don't really mind Peter Capaldi as the doctor however I think Matt Smith and David Tennant will be staying as my favourite doctors for now. Clara is definitely my favourite companion so far, with Amy coming as a close second. In my opinion currently I feel as though they have gotten a bit slack on special effects however it is still very enjoyable. Not sure about the new season 9 intro, I feel as though the season 8 one was slightly better. Lastly, I do wish they put a bit more effort into the books, I'm sure the books have a lot of potential if only they got a bit more attention. Feel free to post your thoughts of the show so far, I find it very interesting to read peoples thoughts and suggestions for the show!
I know @Nicit6 watches DW, @Imaginex also (?) The sonic sunglasses have to go. I really want to see a Capaldi screwdriver. Spoiler: Spoiler for Under the Lake Very nice video. The fisher king was pretty weak though, I think he could have been more impressive. Although it shocks me every time how they manage to come up with all this stuff, really great writing. The quality of the episodes has increased greatly since last season.
Yeah, I watched it up until the new doctor. Now I don't have a tv though, so I can't watch it even if I want to. Fav doctor up until that point was def Matt though :3
