As per the "Rules" section in discord, and after searching for any clause stating you cannot already do this in various staff-guidelines, I was unable to find anything stating that you cannot expressly do this. Unless I am just mega sleepy and goof'd and missed it, you CAN tag staff (going through the echelon of ranks respectively (ie don't immediately tag an sa for someone spamming etc)) when problems arise in-game and there are no staff on. Obviously just be smart about it and tag when appropriate in the absence of staff.
