The current contest period ends on: Sunday, October 6th, at 11:59pm EST What you Need: A device that takes photos. A piece of paper with your IGN written on it (this is required to be present in any photos you submit) Connection to the internet(a given I think, especially if you’re viewing this thread right now. ) Access to our Discord here: https://ecc.eco/discord You do NOT need to be linked up, but we do recommend it and it will make your account nickname the same as your username and you will have access to the game-linked channels and be able to chat on the server! To link your minecraft account to the Discord do '/discord link' on the Main server and be sure to follow the instructions promoted! How it works: There will be various themes for things that you need to take a picture of. In this picture, be sure to keep it appropriate but creative of course! That task will be noted on the #scavenger-hunt-tasks channel on the Discord Take a picture of the task/item listed in the post below and in the main thread, along with your IGN written on the piece of paper. Upload the picture and post it on the relevant thread on the Discord! You are free to include a description/story to go along with your submission! The Staff member running the task will choose the winners they feel posted a creative/high quality post(as long as it fits the criteria of the task), there may be multiple winners per task! Everyone gets points for posting a photo that is on-topic/within the theme (sorry, can't just post random things and get points). But EXTRA points will be awarded 1-3 submissions that are determined to be the most creative/high quality in each task. For posting something related to the current theme/task - 2 points. For being chosen as a task winner - an extra 10 points! Total possible points per task - 12 You will receive 20k for every 20 points earned, however there are top prizes for those who score the most points in the Hunt all together! Current Period Top Prizes: 1st Place: $50 ECC Store Giftcard, 150 Events Raffle Tickets and 1 entry in the Event Winners Raffle. 2nd Place: $35 ECC Store Giftcard, 100 Events Raffle Tickets and 1 entry in the Event Winners Raffle. 3rd Place: $20 ECC Store Giftcard, and 75 Events Raffle Tickets 1 entry in the Event Winners Raffle. You can do so by reacting to the post with the "Map" in the #roles channel. Important to note: Pictures must be taken by you and not found on the internet. No googling, no "I had this saved", etc. Pictures must be taken by you of a legitimate object. (You can draw, craft, create, you can take actual picture but it just must be legitimately found/originated from you). Picture must be a photo of something irl, you may not use AI or other editing programs to create submissions. Note that there will not always be an active challenge for you to do so be on the lookout! Staff members will announce on the Discord when a new task has been chosen! The host of the task will be responsible to award your points! Prize Awards: At the end of each Scav Hunt period (end of calendar day at 11:59pm EST) the Top3 scoring players will be awarded the top prizes and the EcoDollar rewards points awarded via your Main server balance!
