Then apply for a FREE temporary locker in Riqueza Tower! What is this about?I am offering completely free temporary lockers to any new users! These lockers include two double chests, one furnace, and one workbench. Riqueza Tower is conveniently located on Wall Street, the town directly west of spawn (from /spawn, walk straight until you see the yellow-trimmed tower on the left). Each level holds 9 lockers. Two levels are currently open and finished, with a 3rd nearly complete and expansion planned to 8 levels total! How do I qualify?I am asking only that you be an active builder who is interested in moving up on the server! Any user wishing to use a locker must also agree to the conditions that I put in place (listed below). How long can I stay?I will give a builder 1 month (counted at 30 days from locker assignment) until they are asked to move. I believe this project will be popular with new users and your locker space may be needed for them. Rules/Conditions:1. This locker is meant to be a temporary home for active users. If a user refuses to move after 30 days and/or is 14+ days inactive, their items will be removed and sold by myself. If you are nearing your 30 day limit and cannot be online to move them, I must have proper notice and be told the specific date when the items will be moved. If this deadline passes, the items will be removed and sold. 2. I will lock the chests so that only the tenant and myself can open them. This is strictly to avoid any LWC removal headaches that would surely be caused, as well as saving the builder's LWC's for more important locks. I will not open the lockers or any chests/furnaces inside of them unless the items inside are to be removed. 3. Breaking these rules, abusing this program, and/or breaking server rules is grounds for immediate eviction and, if in violation of server rules, a potential ban.
