Hello everyone, As you may or may not have known, I made a decent-sized investment into a 3rd row spawnshop - Station 71. I thought it would be easy to create a design for, as I had run Station10 and Station51 before... No avail. I have a decent design as showed ingame, but I'd like it to pop a little more. Shops like Emau, Quefueve, KMaxwell, and Jmichael214 all have well-desgined shops with plenty of room for goods. So, I am looking for someone to create a design for me. I'll pay for the design, but I'll create the actual shop and buy the resources and such. Basically, you create the blueprints, and I'll make it come to life! So, if you have a design for me, I'd love to see it! Once I see a design that appeals to what I like, I'll close up this thread and build it . Some things I am looking for: ~Aesthetically pleasing ~Green and Gold/Yellow Color Scheme (Packers ofc) ~2 floors ~Open floor plan ~Fair amount of trade sign space The rest is creative license to the builder. Found one. In process of redoing it, will be opening soon with a new, cleaner, more aesthetically pleasing design. Stay tuned In the meantime, this can be locked. I'll reopen it if I look for a design again.
