I have no clue where this comes from because I never did anything like this. I would like to request a ban of the poster or a removal of such nasty untruths. Where is Ecocities going ?? People posting statements like these about me is unforgivable !!
1. Why is this in Staff Requests 2. Its his subforum. He's allowed to ban people from his town for any reason he so desires, whether it be a truthful reason or not. He's merely writing it on his forum as to collect a log. 3. You know that he won't be banned for such, so in fairness you shouldn't of even asked for it. More likely than not it was a mis-understanding between usernames, but asking to have him banned is absolutely absurd.
I hereby request (request) the staff (staff) to look into the offending thread in the forums. It can be found searching for the keyword '151baccardi' and it is highly inflamatory. Ok, since anything can be said about anybody, wether slanderous or otherwise, (if that what you are saying) perhaps a ban is absurd. However, it is still an 'OUTRAGE' to me and I respectfully request, of the staff, in this 'Staff Requests Forum' that the offending post will be deleted. I cannot stand for such lies being posted outright in the forums. ANYWHERE in the forums, private or public. As long as someone wants to look me up (151baccardi) and sees stuff like that, I am going to cry 'FOUL' !! It's an outright lie and perhaps you should look into the dealings of a certain 'Kecks07'. wait what? lol and also. just adding... This is what it looks like to me. why i am even saying this? because i am bored out of my mind. So. it seems to me that what has happened is kecks informs theory of something that is false, which is not something i condone and think it is a terrible thing (probably misunderstanding) to do, however baccardi seems to be getting over angry over something the mods most likely can do nothing about. I believe the reason 151 has gotten so angry over over is that she made a mod app, and really wants to be a mod and is thinking this will ruin her chances. so. Baccardi, in that respect (assuming I am correct about the mod app) I almost think that having something like this helps your case, because if they have never seen you or known of you to do something against the rules, how can they trust you? I'm not saying you need to break a rule to become a mod, but i am saying that if you break a rule and recover from it you are less likely to break the rules again, thus great material for mods unlike someone who never has before, who may at some point become tempted to try it just to see what it's like. not in everyone's case but in the average teenage case (which is the average age on this server). i really wish theory would post along with kecks to clear this up... oh i have an idea! @Kecks07 @Theory5 mentions ftw... lol andrew is the winrar
Ok - sorry - good theory but off some. I never applied for mod and I'm not planning on doing so in the near future. I am busy with school and homework and can't devote myself 100% so I never applied. No need to be a mod for feeling outraged - I just hope this statement can be expunged (moderated in the forums) . It's a complete fabrication and 'vial' to say the least. And as far as Andrew being the 'winrar' - well, that made me smile cheek to cheek. Ha ha ... and as far as being too rich: I am not rich, in fact, I am the poorest of all tycoons... perhaps even the poorest president. I need the viscious attack on my character cleared up - that's all. Therefore this entry under 'Staff Requests' !

Even if this incident is whether true or false, there is no proof of the situation. The offender has not yet posted ANY proof of Baccardi doing such a thing, which means we cannot determine whether this is true, or a lie. Although, I think you can cut Baccardi some slack. I doubt she would say such as things posted in the offending thread.
I believe this needs to be posted in another thread though. I don't think this should be posted in Staff Requests.
This is a complaint, not really a staff request. I am not belittleing the issue just moving it to complaints/ban appeals I will look into it a bit before I comment otherwise

I removed the inappropriate content from the linked post the OP referenced. Even if true it needs not repeating on a forum with minors viewing. The mayor of a town can ban anyone for any reason, so long as it is not based on race, religion, gender ect... (I may be wrong on that but that's off the topic) I am pretty sure a ban will not be enforced, I will leave that to senior mods at this time. 151baccardi, you requested a ban or removal. Is there any further action you desire? I can not force anyone to apologize.
