Death_twinkles: Reason: MinecraftParkerH is the mayor of Fallen, the town town that the crime took place. One of the major attractions that Fallen has to offer is a giant farm. (where you can farm almost everything, from wheat to cocoa beans) The reason I was reported was that I farmed nether wart (which I did do, but I am entitled to do this) without re-planting it. (The major rule in the town I was in is to re-plant the crops that you farm.) Counter-reason: I believe that my friend MinecraftParkerH (hereinafter as "Parker") was confused when he reported me... as I would never break the fundamental rule that is explained above, I say that he has actually blamed the wrong person, a mistake easily made. Evidence: Although I have no photos as evidence, I do have words. The following are reasons why I would not of done such a thing. Parker is a friend, and I value friendship Doing mean things is against my morals I wouldn't want to be banned from the town, considering I paid $4k (in IGN) to join the place I can provide evidence to 'back-up' the theory that Parker was confused when he saw the crime me and therefore blamed me, when we visit the page where Parker stated his report, we see that he has provided no evidence that is was me, therefore rendering his argument void, as it could very well of been be the 'next guy' that committed the crime. If you have further questions I would happily answer them. And, say I did do the crime, is not re-planting nether wart (a renewable resource) really worth a server wide ban? Don't I get a warning first?
@Death_twinkles I'm glad to see you wish to appeal your ban. However, your appeal is not quite honest. You state that it could just as easily have been the next guy, but this is untrue. Players are not required to supply evidence when filing grief reports as it is not needed. Staff conduct our own investigations and we have a means of seeing who placed and broke blocks in a given location. This is the evidence you were banned for, and it is not wrong. I will be denying your appeal due to this dishonesty. Please appeal again when you are ready to own up to your actions. Appeal denied. Locked.
