    Brief Description: /cremoveall doesn't seem to be working

    Instructions: Typed /cremoveall. It instructed me to type "/lwc confirm" to be sure I wanted to do this. I did.

    How many times did you recreate this bug?: 3 times. The screenshots below are from the third run-through.

    Result: I have the same 569 locks that I had before I did this.

    Expected Result: Locks be gone.
