Any griefing will result in being banned from the town with 12 hours to claim and take your belongings. 2. No dirt/cobble houses. This town is going to be beautiful if all residents agree to make their houses creative and interesting. Box, dirt/cobble houses/all wood planks houses are not allowed. First you will be given a warning. Within 24 hours, if your house has not been changed, your house will be torn down with a 50% refund. 3. Active town members only! This means that you may not be offline from the server for more than 7 days. If you are going to be on vacation, leave a sign outside your plot stating how long you will be gone. 4. Town farms are not to be used unless you have talked to me or my co-mayor/s. This farm will be rented out daily for money. All the money will be used to expand the 100x100 farm. 5. Stealing from houses are absolutely prohibited. If you claim that you and the owner of the house have agreed that you may access the chest, I will talk to the owner. If the owner denies letting you, I will remove your perms with no refunds! Yes, I know that stealing from chests is completely legal, and it is, but this town is to be safe and fun environment for others. 6. No excessive swearing. Swearing is allowed in ECC, but excessive swearing is not. Any flaming another user will result in a complaint to a mod+ and a removal from the town.
