That long UUID is super duper long and I think there should be a shortcut. Smart Arshi thinks of an idea and its very revolutionary! (I deserve a HUGE reward) When you press anywhere on the UUID, It will give you the option to copy. This will allow users to do this easily when doing LWC's when the user says "Unknown"
Is there a plugin that allows text to give you the option to copy text if clicked? I've looked at some plugins for clickable chat but they only seem to let you interact with in-game events. From what I know, the only way to copy text in minecraft chat is with links. +1 if this is can work without a ton of custom coding.
I agree with @ZevZero, this would be cool if it didn't require Jamie/andrew to do a lot of custom coding, which I highly doubt it does.
Easiest way to do is to incorporate it into an namemc.com/<UUID> URL. (The way @priMELval does it with her macro.)
Assuming you mean namemc.com: Yes. Not only does the URL lead to the name history, but Minecraft even offers the ability to copy a clicked URL to your clipboard.
I made a better macro but it only worked well cause the TYPE command was broken. It still works, it's just slower as it now types out one character per tick
