IGN: @twistedjonny Users Involved in this Contract: @TM_iBeast General Purpose of Contract: Eff7 Rental for 72 hours I @twistedjonny, agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to provide @TM_iBeast an Eff7 pick for 72 hours (3 days) due back 9PM pacific standard time on 3 July 2015. This item has already been given to the user and they agreed to the time (screenshot proof) that it is to be returned. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @TM_iBeast agrees to pay $55,000 ECD to rent my Eff7 and that, after 72 hours (3 days) from the time of recieving the tool, the tool be returned to a chest located here: The coordinates are as follows in Legacy: X: -1458 Y: 63 Z: -4721 to which they will be tp'd to save that location or they can use the town portal system to go to twistedcity. If lost/broken, they will be responsible for payment of or replace the tool ($800,000 or a new Eff7) and a $100,000 ECD fee on top. The deadline for this will be 90 days after the tool is lost/broken. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Yes.

@twistedjonny , please indicate when you will provide the eff 7 pick axe. (Upon contract approval for example). Also, staff have agreed that 30 days isn't enough for 800k+100k fee (225k/week) please change the time needed to repay if lost.
Well, I'm glad you guys didn't see that fit, whoever that is that voted. It's there to motivate them to not break the tool. Would you guys like me to put 6 months or a year? Hell, I'll start "breaking tools" if I have that long to repay something. I'm sure the ban isn't but for a few days anyways. Whatever I guess. Gotta love it. I need to know what YOU guys believe MY contracts/terms should be so I can avoid this happening yet again please.
