Today is February 25th. I paid it off in 18 days. This sign originally had 37 dirt blocks in it at $20,000 apiece. Note the time-stamp: Done! Updated to include the purchase of Station 24 from @BillyL24 for $2.5 million, completed today, more than a month early.
I've done 2 x 1.2 mil debts 2 x 1.1mil debts and 1 x 1.4mil debt and I'm still going! Nice to see another person who does the same
