@DeMacca can you make the purpose of the contract more clear? I suggest 'Safe transfer of spawnshop 45' Also specify when will you give the shop to @Sheep_mage , after approval or contract? after full payment? Lastly, make it clear when sheep_mage makes the payments, Example : Every Tuesday for 15 weeks. This part doesn't really make sense, can you clarify?
I, Sheep_mage Agree to pay DeMacca 50,000 per week for 15 weeks. I also agree to pay an additional 50,000 to him for 10 weeks of rental to server.
@DeMacca , you have specified two different payment plans where one is 15 weeks and the other is for 10 weeks. I think this is a small mistake that should be fixed.

An example would be: "The safe transfer of Spawnshop station <#> From Demacca to Sheep_mage" For this specific question, it asks for what you, demacca, agree on. I suggest having something that you will follow (All specified in examples below) and not the general contract. Example: I, Demacca, agree on transfering my spawnshop tp @Sheep_mage with certain conditions that he will follow before getting it. The transfer will happen after approval of the contract and after receiving a starter payment from sheep_mage. For this part, @Sheep_mage needs to agree on specific terms specified. The terms I want you to have in your next contract are: Sheep_mage agrees on paying 50k upfront for the shop. Sheep_mage agrees on paying 50k every week on <Insert day here> for 15 weeks. Sheep_mage is to /mail me in-game or on the forums if I and him do not manage to get on at the same time for the payment to happen.
