I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @shrinkwrap4me agree to allow @Russee89 to rent my Melon Sword, named Melon Sword for 1 week (or 7 days) after receiving a payment of $125,000. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Russee89 agrees to not steal/sell/loose/rent out the Melon Sword, named Melon Sword. Failure to complete this task will result in a payment of $750,000 in a period of 30 days. If not paid back within 30 days, $7500/day will be additionally added for 30 mores days, if not completed, a complaint will be filed against @Russee89 for Breach of Contract. @Russee89 also agrees to only get e-repairs from myself or a mod. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
