IGN: @MCHelix3000 Users Involved in this Contract: @Shotgunboy0130 General Purpose of Contract: Loan of 700,000 ECD I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @MCHelix3000, will pay @Shotgunboy0130 700,000 ECD today, June 20th, 2014. @MCHelix3000 will receive an eff7 pickaxe as collateral in case something goes wrong. @MCHelix3000 will have it for 4 weeks starting July 19th, 2014, at 3:00 PM EST. @Shotgunboy0130 will give @MCHelix3000 the eff7 pickaxe on July 19th, 2014, at 3:00 PM EST. @MCHelix3000 will return the eff7 pickaxe to @Shotgunboy0130 on August 15th, 2014. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Shotgunboy0130 will give @MCHelix3000 the eff7 pickaxe on July 19th, 2014, at 3:00 PM EST. @Shotgunboy0130 will have until 4 weeks (July 20th, 2014) to pay @MCHelix3000 840,000 ECD. If he has not paid 840,000 ECD on July 20th, 2014 after receiving the loan from @MCHelix3000 on June 20th, 2014, then he will have an additional 2 weeks (starting on August 14th, 2014 when he returns from his trip) to pay @MCHelix3000 840,000 ECD, and another 100,000 ECD as a late fee. The additional 2 weeks will only start when he has returned from his trip on August 14th, 2014. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
