IGN: @MCHelix3000 Users Involved in this Contract: @_True_Soldier General Purpose of Contract: Sale of an Efficiency VII, Unbreaking III, Silk Touch I Diamond Pickaxe I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @MCHelix3000, will provide @_True_Soldier with an Eff7 Pickaxe on a payment plan on June 17, 2014 after receiving a payment of 600,000 ECD. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @_True_Soldier will pay @MCHelix3000 with a 600,000 ECD down payment on June 17, 2014. He will receive the pickaxe after payment, and will need to pay @MCHelix3000 125,000 ECD on or before July 1st, 2014. There will be a 5k late fee for every day that the payment is late. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. @MCHelix3000 - Please address these issues: whether @_True_Soldier is going to pay you the down payment first, or whether you give the tool first. By what date wil the tool be given By what date is the down payment expected to be given By adding those terms, if something happens in the short term, then the situation can be easily addressed. Once this is modifided, @_True_Soldier will need to agree again to it.
