IGN: @Delucaco Users Involved in this Contract: @divad888 General Purpose of Contract: Giving money to @divad888 in exchange for sole ownership of his mayoral town. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: @Delucaco will provide @divad888 with 85,000 ecodollars to apply for his mayorship and nothing else. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @divad888 will file the application below. Once the application is approved, @divad888 will add @Delucaco as owner and remove himself from the permission list as well. Additionally @divad888 agrees to the following terms: 1. @divad888 shall not reclaim the town. a. In the event the town is ever reclaimed the following apply to @divad888: i. @divad888 may not add or remove any locks ii. @divad888 may not add or remove any owners or members. iii. @divad888 may not sell the town. iv. @divad888 may not file any LWC removals on any member of the town. 2. @divad888 shall not troll-lock LWC lockable items within the town, and if any are accidentally locked, shall assist in removing the lock(s) asap. 3. @divad888 consents that @Delucaco, or a third party contractually hired by @Delucaco can use a Tycoon+ claim/town transfer to claim the territory at any time, without extra expense or hassle. 4. @divad888 will post the mayor application below immediately after receiving $85,000 from @Delucaco. Additional information about your additional town: This town is for Delucaco to claim after the application is filed. Certain Staff handle applications once every 1-7 days. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process. We very well can see there are outstanding applications and handle them every few days. As well after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application.
