IGN: @Ctoolme Users Involved in this Contract: @SkyRock42 @Ctoolme General Purpose of Contract: Safe rental of an eff 7 pickaxe I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to provide @SkyRock42 an eff 7 pickaxe for a fee of 42k a day for 2 days. I will do the transaction through a chest and take all appropriate screenshots.A fter this contract is accepted, I will give him the pickaxe right away. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @SkyRock42 must agree to rent my eff 7 pick for 2 days for a total fee of 84k. During this time he must never let the pickaxe touch the ground, and return to a designated chest in 48 hours. If @SkyRock42 loses/breaks or somehow doesn't have it when it is due, he must agree to buy me a new pickaxe in a timeframe we will agree upon. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. @Ctoolme, there's just one thing that should be added. In the part in which you are describing what you're doing, I suggest putting "after this contract is accepted, I will give him the pickaxe right away." @SkyRock42 , once this is edited, please reaccept the same as you did before. thank you!
