I will give about 10-30k in money I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: Help @Niltiac229 get mayor by giving him money and items to sell. I will give about 10-30k in money, and enchanted items for him to sell. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Niltiac229 must also work to get mayor, and in exchange for my money and items he will give me ownership of his mayor town, and do services for the town as needed, he will be put back into mayor role and be given the money, after that is done he MUST give back ownership of the town. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. @zjkhan, this is a very vague contract. There is no specification as to how much money will be given, and in all honestly I'm quite confused by the following: I suggest rewriting the contract to make it more specific so that there are no holes in which a loophole could be formed. Also, everytime you mention a username you need to tag their name. Not just in the "users involved" section.
@zjkhan This is still pretty vague, I would recommend giving specifics to exactly how much money and more specifics to what items, just so both parties know exactly what is being traded for what.
I no longer have a need for his town, so this contract is now void. i am sorry if this has caused confusion. @Inamine @SoftlyPsychotic @WeirdBuilder can one of you lock this?
