IGN: TheNorGaming Users Involved in this Contract: @Godofnades General Purpose of Contract: Will loan him my msword called Make it Rain for one full week I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will loan him my msword for one full week starting on sunday may 18th for 100k. If he does not return the msword within 2 days of the end of the 1 week I will file a complaint. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: This user will borrow my mysword for 100k for one full week starting on May 18th, 2014. If this user breaks or looses the msword he must either pay me 650k (what I paid for it) or buy me a new star tool of my choosing he will have 6 weeks to do so. If he does not return after one week we will have a 10k per day late fee (this part is gonna stay because this is the price I rent it for per day so I think it is fair.) I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. These terms are far too extreme for an average player to uphold. Please provide or change the following: - How long would Godofnades have to pay the 650k or buy a new star tool (I suggest 6 weeks). - Make late fees not exorbitant, such as 10k a day. - State when Godofnades needs to return the sword within the part of the contract that applies to him.

@nicit6 ok I changed them but in all honesty I do not see why they are not ok like that. I rent an msword out for one day at that price. Basically this user can just keep the msword for a few more days at a price of just 10k per day so I loose about 25k a day.
