For all melon sword rentals between @SparklyPotato2 and @blackbelt4eva. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: -Rent a melon sword to @SparklyPotato2 for one hour. -Provide an accessible chest for the melon sword to be returned to after the rental period has elapsed. Located in Legacy at: X=-1814 Y=68 Z=4037 -To tell @SparklyPotato2 when to pay for the rental -Say when payment for rental has been received The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: -will return the melon sword by the end of the one hour rental period -pay blackbelt4eva 5k -Return the melon sword as soon at the rental period has elapsed, to the chest locked by blackbelt4eva located at: X=-1814 Y=68 Z=4037 -If the sword is lost, stolen, broken, repay @blackbelt4eva with a new melon sword with unbreak 3 or 625k within 5 weeks. If this condition is not met I agree to pay blackbelt4eva an addition 10k per day the debt is late. -Not sell the melon sword -Only get moderators and other staff to repair the melon sword, their are two exceptions, @lapkingkn can repair the sword and @blackbelt4eva can repair the sword. -Return the melon sword with maximum durability I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. @blackbelt4eva, there are a few problematic and unfair requests required in this contract. I ask that you remove/edit these parts of the contract: Please delete/remove the above. These requests are rather ridiculous, and are extremely unfair to the other user. Please remove one or the other. 24 hours is not a reasonable time period for a MelonSword/625k to be provided. I ask that you require 5 weeks after the contract has been approved for the MelonSword/625k to be returned. @SparklyPotato2, please re-apply once the contract has been edited.
