I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will borrow an eff 7 pickaxe for about an hour. I will repair the pickaxe myself. If the pickaxe is to be broken or lost, I will get pat2100 a new efficency 7 unbreaking 3 silktouch 1 pickaxe within 2 months of the pick being lost. The pickaxe is to only be used by myself and will not be rented out. If pat2100 requests the pickaxe back at any time I will return it as soon as possible.
