Hi @Cike25 I am going to reject & lock this contract as it breaches our rules for contracts. You are not able to demand to terminate the contract and similarly, the consequences are for the staff to decide. If you wish to grant an extension to a loan, you need to provide a deadline for repayment (for example a 2-week extension). Leaving it open ended like this does not add anything to the agreement because it would be the same as simply waiting and choosing when to file a complaint etc. In this respect, this contract is pointless as it does nothing to alter the original agreement.
