He must however make it before the month is over. @TheNorGaming, this section is somewhat unclear: It'd be best if you specify whether it is within a month that 11 payments need to be made, or starting a month from the initial loan 11 payments need to be made, if it is the second option, you'll also want to specify when these payments will be made. Also, @dpatt888 after the contract is edited you will need to re-agree to the contract.
