IGN: Alpert3925 Users Involved in this Contract: magicwalrus14 General Purpose of Contract: Safe sale of an Eff 7 Pick I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will Provide magicwalrus14 with an Eff 7 Pickaxe After receiving a payment of 340k. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: magicwalrus14 will give alpert3925 340k prior to receiving the Eff 7 Pickaxe . After receiving the Pick magicwalrus14 will make a payment of 335k to a sign located in the town of "McdonaldsFarm" This payment can be no later than May 2nd 11:59 PM EST 2014. In the case that the 335k is not received on the date required, magicwalrus14 will return the eff 7 Pickaxe to alpert3925 with no refund of the down payment. Should the pick be lost/stolen/broken, magicwalrus14 will still owe All the required money due. If magicwalrus14 refuses to return the eff 7 pickaxe, he will be in Breach of Contract. At this point the staff team will become involved and magicwalrus14 is subject to ban for breach of contract at the staff teams discretion. At any time magicwalrus14 may return the Eff 7 Pickaxe to Alpert3925. Doing so Voids this contract, however he will not be reimbursed the down payment I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
