General Purpose of Contract: Providing @LIam_Slayer with the funds to apply for Mayor in return for sole ownership of the town.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• Upon approval of this contract to immediately pay @LIam_Slayer $85,000.
  
  
• To provide a completed [Town/Mayor Application] form for @LIam_Slayer to copy & paste.
  

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• Immediately after receiving the $85,000, @LIam_Slayer will file the following application exactly as is stated here in the Resident+ Forum.

  • Additional information about your town: This town is being transferred to Raccooy in a seperate contract where he will be the sole owner of the town because he has given me the funds for this application.
  • Certain Staff handle applications once every 1-7 days. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process. We very well can see there are outstanding applications and handle them every few days. As well after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application. Take extra care when applying for various server features. Do you understand this: Yes

Town Application

• Once the application is processed, @LIam_Slayer will immediately add @Raccooy to Owner of the town.
  
  
• @LIam_Slayer understands that @Raccooy has the right to remove @LIam_Slayer from ownership and membership of the town.
• @LIam_Slayer will not reclaim, or attempt to reclaim, the ownership of the town.
• @LIam_Slayer will not place, break or modify any blocks or features of the town without the prior express permission of @Raccooy
  
  
• @LIam_Slayer will not add or remove any owners or members to the town.
  
  
• @LIam_Slayer will not sell, or attempt to sell, the town.
  
  
• @LIam_Slayer will not lock any items or blocks in the town, and agrees that any locks will be deemed 'troll' locks and will be requested to be removed.
  
  
• @LIam_Slayer consents to @Raccooy, or a third party acting on @Raccooy's behalf, using a Tycoon+ town claim on the town.
  
  
• @LIam_Slayer agrees to posting any relevant town feature applications on the condition that @Raccooy temporarily adds @LIam_Slayer to the town permission and provides a completed application that can be copied and pasted as well as the relevant money required for the application. (This clause is to be applicable prior to @Raccooy exercising his right to use a Tycoon+ town claim on the town.)
  

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Yes
