IGN: RaccooyUsers Involved in this Contract: @bobman3355General Purpose of Contract: The safe sale of a eff7 pickaxe and set-up of a payment plan regarding that.I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to provide @bobman3355 with a eff7 pickaxe once they provide me with $370,000 for the upfront payment.The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @bobman3355agrees to provide me with $370,000 before receiving my eff7 pickaxe. They also agree to provide me with $280,000 on top of the prior money in $40,000 increments in the sign located in MelonLand, as they earn the money within a 7 week time of the accepting of this contract. This means he pays Raccooy 40k each week for 7 weeks total to a sum of 280k. If the user bobman3355 loses or breaks the eff7 pick in anyway, or gives it to someone, then he will refund Raccooy with a new eff7. This means only bobman3355 is allowed to use the eff7 as he pays off the eff7 pickaxe. And if he loses/breaks the pickaxe he must return raccooy with a new one in a time limit of 4 weeks.I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
