General Purpose of Contract:
alexwakes751 will purchase the fly donation feature for ndm007

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, ndm007, will pay alexwakes751 330,000 Ecodollars. In return he will purchase the fly donation feature for my account. In the event that I do not get access to /fly due to some complication, alexwakes751 will refund 330,000 ecodollars to ndm007 and I will no longer require alexwakes751 to purchase the fly donation feature. In the event of a technical problem, said transaction may be mediated by staff.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
After ndm007 pays alexwakes751 330,000 ecodollars, he will buy the fly donation feature for ndm007's account. In the event that ndm007 does not have access to /fly after 2 hours from when the transfer of 330,000 ecodollars to alexwakes751 from ndm007 takes place, alexwakes751 will refund ndm007 330,000 ecodollars and no longer be required to purchase the fly donation feature for ndm007. In the event of a technical problem, said transaction may be mediated by staff.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
