IGN: SoftlyPsychotic Users Involved in this Contract: Vekkh General Purpose of Contract: I will be paying Vekkh $85,000 for him to apply for the Mayor rank, and I will be giving him my preset coordinates and town name. Once he is Mayor and the town is made, he will transfer full ownership of the town to myself, SoftlyPsychotic. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to pay Vekkh $85,000 and provide the coordinates and town name. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Vekkh is to agree to use my coordinates/town name and to set me as the sole Owner of said town. Vekkh is also to agree to help me with any future town-related applications (i.e. town portal, heal sign, etc). I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
