General Purpose of Contract:
sharkykzn will mine out a 200x200x3 area underneath Jorgy411's town (Delaxia) and Jorgy411 will pay him/her $15,000 upon completion of said job. The Area in question is a cuboid located at:
- NW Corner
x= 12,727
y= 30
z= -4707
- SE Corner
x= 12,925
y= 32
z= -4509

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree that I will pay sharkykzn $15,000 if he/she holds up his/her end of the deal by digging out his/her's assigned floor.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Jorgy411 will agree to pay sharkykzn $15,000 after sharkykzn has finished mining out their assigned floor specified by Jorgy411. If sharkykzn does not work on their floor for at least 3 days, Jorgy411 has the right to remove them from their job and try and find someone else to finish that floor. Any progress will not be paid for as a result of inactive behavior. sharkykzn also has the right to give up said job, however, any progress sharkykzn made on the floor will not be paid for. If sharkykzn enrolls others to aid them with mining out their tasked floor, Jorgy411 is only obligated to pay sharkykzn the full 15k. Jorgy411 will not split up payments to all other members that aid sharkykzn in mining out their floor, and it is up to sharkykzn to decide how they want to split up their earnings for finishing the floor project tasked by Jorgy411.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
