General Purpose of Contract: Providing CoolCollin1978 with the funds to apply for President in return for sole ownership of the town.
I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• Upon approval of this contract to immediately pay CoolCollin1978 $180,000.
• To provide a completed President/Town application form for CoolCollin1978 to copy & paste.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• Immediately after receiving the $180,000 CoolCollin1978 will file the following application exactly as is stated here.

• Additional information about your additional town: There is a contract in place for Hiccabup to receive sole ownership of this town in exchange for the funds for this application.
• Certain Staff handle applications once every 1-7 days. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process. We very well can see there are outstanding applications and handle them every few days. As well after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application. Take extra care when applying for various server features. Do you understand this: Yes

• Once the application is processed, CoolCollin1978 will immediately add Hiccabup to Owner of the town.
• CoolCollin1978 understands that Hiccabup has the right to remove CoolCollin1978 from ownership and membership of the town.
• CoolCollin1978 will not reclaim, or attempt to reclaim, the ownership of the town.
• CCoolCollin1978 will not place, break or modify any blocks or features of the town without the prior express permission of Hiccabup
• CoolCollin1978 will not add or remove any owners or members to the town.
• CoolCollin1978 will not sell, or attempt to sell, the town.
• CoolCollin1978 will not lock any items or blocks in the town, and agrees that any locks will be deemed 'troll' locks and will be requested to be removed.
• CoolCollin1978 consents to Hiccabup, or a third party acting on Hiccabup's behalf, using a Tycoon+ town claim on the town.
• CoolCollin1978 agrees to posting any relevant town feature applications on the condition that Hiccabup temporarily adds CoolCollin1978 to the town permission and provides a completed application that can be copied and pasted as well as the relevant money required for the application. (This clause is to be applicable prior to Hiccabup exercising his right to use a Tycoon+ town claim on the town.)

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Yes
