General Purpose of Contract:
To protect the password of /ch hawaii

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to give Joliver1998 (aka the SG Mascot) the password to /ch hawaii.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• To not give out the password of /ch hawaii to anyone
  • This includes other co-mayors of America regardless of whether or not they have it already.
  • This includes ANYone one the server except the following:
    • xpurexcorex, revanrose6, georgie0417
    • Server Staff may be given the password if and only ifimmediately needed in the channel to enforce ecocitycraft's rules.
• In the event you are removed from America and/or decide to leave America you agree to the following:
  • You will not enter /ch hawaii
  • You will not harass players in /ch hawaii
  • You forfeit all current and future rights to the password of /ch hawaii

• If it has been determined by America's governing body, "the Senate" that you have breached this contract, you are to pay $100,000 to xpurexcorex for damages, in addition to the 10k fee for a password change.
  • This means you agree to pay the fine so long as the "Senate" finds you guilty.
    • Total fine is noted as 110k, due within 1 week of being notified of the Senate's decision. Failure to pay this fee within the time of 1 week will result in a complaint being filed.
• You agree that in event the password be changed, this contract is null and void, and a new contract must be signed to receive the new password.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
