I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, Probuilder300, Agree to these terms, and failure on my part will make this contract null and void. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:Give Probuilder300 Ownership of town, the user involved is given the town, The user is not allowed to spend any of the money Probuilder300 pays him, if he breaches the contract, Bandit will have to pay Probuilder300 back all 85k and an additional interest rate of 5% each week the he does not pay it.
