IGN: Jorgy411 Users Involved in this Contract: Agent86_ General Purpose of Contract: Agent86_ will mine out a 200x200x3 area underneath Jorgy411's town and Jorgy411 will pay him/her $15,000 upon completion of said job. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree that I will pay Agent86_ $15,000 if he/she holds up his/her end of the deal by digging out his/her's assigned floor. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Jorgy411 will agree to pay Agent86_ $15,000 after Agent86_ has finished mining out their assigned floor specified by Jorgy411. If Agent86_ does not work on their floor for at least 3 days, Jorgy411 has the right to remove them from their job and try and find someone else to finish that floor. Any progress will not be paid for as a result of inactive behavior. Agent86_ also has the right to give up said job, however, any progress Agent86_ made on the floor will not be paid for. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. Jorgy411 , as a matter of protection: Could you please post the coordinates of 2 opposite corners of this 200x200 area along with the 3 Y values of the area being mined? Agent86_ You'll need to agree again once these coordinates have been posted.
I am still clearing out the area, and I am willing to re agree to another contract of Jorgy411 writes one up.
Sorry, i am at work right now. When i get home i Will write up a new contract. Please lock this contract as void in the mean time, Agent86_ feel to stop working if ya want, but i Will be writing a new contract with the coords of your job.
