General Purpose of Contract:
Safe sale of an Eff 7 Pick

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will Provide Illinifan with an Eff 7 Pickaxe After receiving a payment of 300k.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Illinifan will give alpert3925 300k prior to receiving the Eff 7 Pickaxe from alpert3925 . After receiving the Pick Illinifan will make weekly payments of 125k to a sign located in the town of "McdonaldsFarm". In the case that the 125k is not received on the dates required, Illinifan will owe an additional 125k with an additional week added on. Should the pick be lost/stolen/broken, Illinifan will still owe All the required money due. Once the final due date (May 1st) has passed and All the money including the additional 125k per week has not been payed Illinifan will be in Breach of Contract. At this point the staff team become involved and if an agreement cannot be made Illinifan is subject to ban for breach of contract at the staff teams discretion.


At any time Illinifan may return the Eff 7 Pickaxe to Alpert3925. Doing so Voids this contract, however he will not be reimbursed any previous payments.

Due Date #3:April 18th 11:59 pm EST

Late Week Due Date #1 : April 25th 11:59 pm EST
Late Week Due Date #2: May 1st 11:59 pm EST


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
