General Purpose of Contract:
Safe sale of a melon sword.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will provide major_lennix with a melon sword(efficiency five unbreaking three silk touch one diamond sword) and a safe area to provide the two secondary installments of payments within the legacy town of builderfarm.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
major_lennix will give Joseph01234 857 nether stars prior to receiving the melon sword from Joseph01234. After receiving the sword within one week from this transaction taking place major_lennix will make a payment of no less than 150k to a sign placed for him within the town of builderfarm. One week after this he will make another payment of 150k to the same sign totalling 857 nether stars and 300k, 857 nether stars initially, then two weekly installments of 150k by 11:59 EST on the specified date. In the case that one of the 150k payments are not received on the date required, major_lennix will forfeit the melon sword and any payment already made to Joseph01234. Should the sword be lost and he may not return it in case of failure to make an installmentmajor_lennix will provide Joseph01234 with another melon sword or 600k within two weeks of the failure to make a payment, as well as the forfeited funds initially. Dates to pay are: First payment= March 23rd. Second payment= March 30th.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
