General Purpose of Contract:
Purchase of Mayor for Investigator12

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, GeneralZach, agree to the following terms:
*Upon the signing and locking of this contract I will provide Investigator12 with 25k to apply for Mayor
*Upon the completion and registration of Investigator12's mayor application and him giving me full
ownership of his town will give him 25k in addition to the original 25k (50k total).


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Investigator12 must agree to the following terms:
*Investigator12 will give full ownership of his soon to be mayor town to GeneralZach.
*Investifator12 will not reclaim his town from Generalzach by any means.
*Investigator will use the following information in his mayor/town app{
